We are excited you are interested in sharing more about your horse with us. We have tried to make the application process as painless as possible.

 

We have two types of forms available for your convenience:

 

Printable Forms are available to open in PDF form and print or save to your computer to be used as you find need.

 

Online Forms are the fastest way to get your work started.

Online forms can be filled in on your home computer and submitted directly to the NQHR via the internet thru a secure connection.

When you submit an online form you will be sent a link to review and edit the form if needed before final submission for processing.


A wider variety of online forms are available only to registered members including the following:

 

Registration Application (shorter version than the non-members version)

Pedigree Searches (coming soon)

My Horses (coming soon)

Registry Business Voting forms and polls (as they become available)


Before you start an online form we would suggest you have all your information gathered and if necessary researched. The following is the information that would be helpful to know.


REQUIRED BY ALL HORSES:

  • Three name choices

  • Gender

  • Height

  • Coloring of Body, eyes, tail, mane, points (ears, legs), skin.

  • All white markings, Brands, Scars, Identifying markings.

  • Name and contact information for person purchased from

  • Any pedigree/parentage information available (Not required for breeding stock horses)


REQUIRED FOR SECTION FULLBLOODED HORSES (Plus all of the above):

  • Foaling date

  • Breeder (Person who owned mare at breeding)

  • Owner at foaling (if different than breeder)

  • Sire and Dams pedigrees
