Members will now be given the opportunity to securley print their own registration certificate.
This option will ONLY be available to logged in members using our online application system
How is it possible:
Upon completed and approved application a password protected certificate will be created and a link will be emailed to the private email that is registered thru the members account.
The member will then have 24 hours to print the certificate on their own printer.
Won't this affect the intrisic value of the certificate:
While allowing members to print their own certificates may depending on the type of printer and paper used affect a small portion of the look and feel of the certificate, we have gone to great lengths to ensure the uniqueness and security of the certificate remains intact thru several security features some of which only NQHR staff will be aware of.
How long will it take:
A link to the printable certificate will be emailed generally within 24 hours once the online application is completed in its entirity and all of the required forms, photos, verifications, etc.. are received.
Why:
Given the current difficulties the postal service is experiencing and the proposed extended delivery time, coupled with the available ever growing technology of the internet we have been researching this option as a possible benifit for our members for quite some time but were hesitant to release such an option until we were sure we could offer it in a secure manner.
